To assist Fundraising Manager with processing gifts on database, sending acknowledgments, coordinating with toiletry collection points
Specific Role Information:
Computer literate
Recording of financial transactions
To update Beacon CRM with gift information and donor details; to help in building and maintaining accurate data which will help us grow our future donor database.
To take financial information from a variety of sources and import or ensure they are recorded accurately on Beacon CRM. Potentially assist with monthly reconciliation with finance team.
To edit with Canva for fundraising certificates to send out
To use printer for certificates and acknowledgment letters
Outlook email to send acknowledgments if needed
To write letters requesting future raffle prizes for community or special events
To assist with coordination of street collections and/or toiletry collections as needed

• Good standard of IT literacy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player but also self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• A good understanding of confidentiality
• Some safeguarding knowledge would be preferable
• Personal resilience as some of the calls and information can be challenging emotionally

To complete triages for our clients who are not experiencing current domestic abuse.
Good standard of IT literacy

Personal resilience as some of the calls and information can be challenging emotionally.
Time Commitment: Between 2 – 4 hours once per week between Mon-Friday, ideally between the hour ranges of 9:00am – 3pm
4 times a year to attend additional supervision.
